Delete your account

You can request deletion of your account and all your data without signing in.

How to request it

Write to soporte@trokkea.com from the email address you signed up with, including your username. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

What gets deleted

•

Your profile, username, and avatar.

•

Your posted trades, whether active or closed.

•

Your conversations and messages.

What is kept

The username stays reserved so nobody else can reuse it and impersonate you.
